Sleep in

Lauren Mulkern

I have come to realize that my daily schedule has no time for me to relax in it. I wake up, get ready, go to school, stay after for practice which is sometimes at 4:30, and get home around 6:30. Then I have to do my homework.
I feel like I have no time to relax and gain some energy so I can restart the whole procedure the next day. I feel like I am constantly on the go.
I wish that school started at a later time so I could sleep in and gain some needed sleep. This would help the way I perform the next day. I always get everything done but I am so tired while doing it. The tasks that I complete come out nice but I am exhausted after doing them.
I think to solve this problem we should have more time in between all activities. For example, school should start at a later time or get out earlier. Another possible solution is to make practices so students don’t have to stay at school so long.
Of course, there is the situation with sharing the gym. However I think 4:30 is to late to have to stay here so long.
For now, I just have to look forward to the weekends when I can just relax.
