This week has been really rocky, with the bomb threat, and the code yellow.
I do not know where to begin. But on April 4, 2007 at a little past 7:00 A.M my bus was on its way to come to school when suddenly my bus collided with a deer.
All I knew was my bus went “THUMP...” and a “bang” and we didn’t know what happened until we looked out the window and saw a huge deer that was lying on its side twitching.
I didn’t know what to think. I was shocked. My bus driver was so upset, I thought she was going to make a huge scene. My heart jumped out of my throat.
I poked my eye with my eyeliner while I was putting on my makeup.

And then... what!? You kind of leave the reader haning. Did you get to school on time? Did you all wait until animal rescue people got there? What did they do with the deer? Was the deer killed outright? Did they have to "put it down"? This is certainly unusual and very interesting. Don't waste this great anecdote by not finishing the story.
